This lovely mahogany crank table was crafted in Edwardian England around 1910. The mahogany remains as beautiful as ever, with a rich complexion and a pronounced grain that look great in any setting. The convenient crank design allows the table to expand from 70" to 87" simply by inserting the crank into one end of the table and rotating it, so this table is as flexible as it is elegant. The legs move very easily because they rest on casters; they are also very striking, with intricate carvings on the joints and ball and claw feet. This table has sustained some light surface wear consistent with the period, including superficial scuffs and one imperfection in the skirt. Such wear is very light for an Edwardian piece, however, and structurally this table is as sturdy as ever.
